In particular, social innovator Rachel Botsman (you can follow her on Twitter at @rachelbotsman) gave us a lot of food for thought about collaborative consumption, while the folks behind Cadbury's 'Picnic? It's no picnic!' ad campaign talked about leveraging social media in a unique and engaging way.
We also learned about how Habitat for Humanity used social media to engage its donors and supporters by creating an interactive experience for them online, as well as B2B social media guru Sharon Williams' best tips for business blogs, as well as using sites such as Facebook and Twitter to encourage thought leadership.
An engaging panel discussion rounded out our productive day and we're looking forward to following up on the contacts we made at DMMS in the days ahead.
